Reflections from Enlite’s Women’s Retreat

Last weekend, I had the privilege of attending Enlite’s Women’s Retreat (@enliteher), and as the CEO of this company, it was one of the most inspiring experiences of my life. Being surrounded by so many strong, creative, and resilient women reminded me of the immense power you possess—not just to overcome challenges, but to lift each other and create real, lasting change.

This retreat wasn’t just about learning skills or attending workshops. It was about creating a space where vulnerability and strength coexist, where women could be their authentic selves and find support in one another.

The Importance of Believing in Yourself

One of the most important lessons I took away from this retreat was about the role of self-esteem.

No matter how talented or capable you are, if you don’t believe in yourself—if you let doubt and the feeling of “not being good enough” creep in—you risk holding yourself back from the incredible future you’re meant for.

I saw firsthand how confidence and self-worth can transform not just a person, but everyone around them. When women own their power, they create a ripple effect that inspires and uplifts others.

The world doesn’t need you to be like anyone else. It needs you to be you. And that doesn’t mean replacing anyone or competing—it means embracing your uniqueness and knowing that your perspective, your ideas, and your voice are invaluable.

The Power of Community and Support

What stood out to me the most was the sense of community at the retreat. Women supporting women, being open, vulnerable, and celebratory of each other’s wins—that’s where real power lies.

The vulnerability circle, the workshops, and even the late-night conversations reminded me of the magic that happens when women come together. You’re not just stronger together—you’re unstoppable.

This retreat proved that confidence grows in connection, and that spaces like this are essential for women to thrive.

A Personal Responsibility

As a man, and as the leader of this company, I left the retreat with a renewed sense of responsibility. I feel deeply committed to creating more spaces like this—where women can feel supported, empowered, and valued.

I also want to say this: the confidence and strength I saw this weekend wasn’t just inspiring—it was necessary. A confident woman isn’t a threat; she’s a blessing. She brings balance, creativity, and compassion into every space she enters.

We need more of this. More of you. More women who believe in themselves, support each other, and step fully into their potential.

Thank You

I want to thank every single woman who contributed to this retreat—whether you were leading, participating, or simply sharing your presence. A special thanks to  Meriann Boxall @homesbymeriann,  Lizz Drake @lizzilyz, Melissa Sevy @melissasevy, Cindy Tadje @ctadje, Robert Walz @lovethelightglobal, Camila Antivilo, Ashley Abbott and so many others who made this experience possible.

This retreat wasn’t just a moment; it was a movement. And I can’t wait to see what’s next.

Here’s to lifting each other up, embracing our worth, and creating a world where more women shine.

With Love and Gratitude,

Sanjeev Thakur
